Even though you are not interested, seeing people do it might trigger your interest and willingness to do same. Finding a location for your shoot isn’t difficult too and photography is becoming really aesthetic than before, props can be made available for you to get whatever location you want in a studio or in the comfort of your room.
All you need are the basics; book your photographer and make-up artist, get your outfit(s) ready, your baby materials (either a shoe or pair of cloth. You could pass if you don’t have any), location (if need be) and yourself, get yourself ready.
You don’t have to go all out for your pregnancy shoot. Sometimes, simplicity does it better. Your spouse or kid(s) could join in the pregnancy shoot too.
