It all started when Elo got Uju’s number from her sister. He sent a message to Uju and they started a conversation. Little did they know that this simple act would lead them to the journey of forever.
Now, these lovebirds are getting ready to tie the knot. They had a beautiful pre-wedding shoot and they look perfect together.

It’s so funny how love hits you when you least expect it. Anytime, any place love can just come right out of the blues. This best describes how I met the man of my dreams.
It started one beautiful afternoon, I got a text from him saying he got my number from my sister whom he met at a cousin’s wedding. To be honest, I wasn’t interested in even having a conversation but something pushed me to just keep up with the conversation. We spoke and the conversation continued for some time and he said he was going to come to my school to see me. I objected but he was very persistent so I yielded because lowkey, I thought it was bants.
One thing about my Odogwu is that he keeps to his word… He came to my school to see me as promised. There was something about that day when he came around; it felt so real. We had serious conversations and there was this instant feeling of safety I had around him.
From that very day, he became everything that I needed up until now. He shows me the kind of love that I thought was only meant for movie screens. He constantly fills my belly with so many butterflies. Thinking about him became my favourite thing to do.
We connected more over the phone because med school held me captive. So, fast forward to the 22nd of December 2021, he asked me to be his girlfriend and without any doubt, I said yes. We got engaged a few months later and it has been the best decision I’ve ever made.
How I met the love of my life is definitely my favourite love story of all time and I’m so happy to be doing life with you babe, you are everything to me and I love you more than you can ever imagine. You are my dream come true…it’s always going to be you. Always and forever. It is termed the #EUexperience for a reason and that’s because it’s always going to be me and you against the world. Let’s do this Babyyyyy. 🥰
