Olympic athlete Marie-Josée Ta Lou brought the internet to a standstill after sharing adorable photos of her white wedding.

Marie-Josee Ta Lou finally said yes to the love of her life, US-based Trinidadian fiancé J Smith in a glamorous wedding.

She has been making headlines recently after also sharing adorable photos of her traditional wedding.

She broke the news on November 24, confirming her traditional wedding. She shared a photo of herself and now husband captioning it:

“I have many different reasons why I have to be thankful this year. Here is one of those.

My love @trininafrica_javy came a long way with his family to pay my bride price in front of all of mine. November 16th will be a memorable date for me.”

Ta Lou first gave a glimpse of what to expect with her mixed-cultural union when she shared Afro-Caribbean pictures of her pre-wedding shoot.

Marie-Josee Ta Lou is one of the finest sprinters in the world and she will be looking forward to making an impact at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. She had quite a mixed 2022 season and will be keen to right her wrongs ahead of next season.
