Sarah Langa is a model and fashion blogger and is one of the most popular bloggers in South Africa. Her blogging niches, which comprises of fashion, lifestyle and her travels. Her husband Jehan Mackay is a rich Gauteng businessman.

When Sarah Langa and Jehan MacKay first met they were involved with other people. She worked for Jehan as a personal shopper. They then started dating in 2015.

In 2016 the couple got engaged, and in four months later, they had a traditional marriage. When they got married, she was turning 26 while he was 37.

Below is a look into Sarah Langa and her husband Jehan MacKay Stunning wedding.

The couple had their traditional wedding ceremony earlier 2016, before their big white wedding.

Sarah Langa wore a traditional dress at two ceremonies.

Sarah looked breath taking in a custom Tuelo Nguyza Collectiv Swati Gown.

The beautiful ceremony which took place in a private location in Bryanston, Johannesburg, South Africa.

The couple had a multicultural wedding ceremony that incorporated their respective upbringing. Sarah had a Swati Zulu and Christian upbringing, while Mackay is from Kimberly and grew up in the Muslim faith.

True to their relationship’s foundations, they ironed out the differences and had a Nikah (Islamic) and Lobola ceremony.

Sarah and Jehan had a Islamic wedding before they exchanged their vows in December 2016.

It was imperative for the couple that like their traditional wedding; their individual cultures were recognised and celebrated throughout the day.

The intimate blessing ceremony, the Nikah, took place in the morning surrounded by family, and this is where customarily the bride is welcomed into the groom’s family.

Sarah and Jehan’s outfits which were specifically designed for the nikkah. The chic ‘all white’ look and feel was introduced almost as a teaser for what lay ahead.

“This wedding was the perfect balance between classic and romantic wedding design, combined with on-trend elements that add a glamorous undertone.”

Both of the couple outfits were created by celebrity designer Gert Johan Coetzee.

Sarah’s star-studded guest list included the likes of Top Billing presenters Bonang Matheba and Lorna Maseko, make-up artist Vuyo Varoy and model Melody Molale. The theme for the wedding was Black.

The model/social media influencer wore several designer gowns in each event. Tuelo Nguyuza made her Swati attire.

The wedding ceremony was at the uber-stylish Munro Hotel, overlooking the world’s largest urban forest and the Johannesburg skyline.

The Marble-themed event has several custom-made design elements, including decorative pieces at the cocktail bar, customised lampshades, personalised napkins, and a photo booth.
