Jeremy Meeks has given some hints that he and his partner might be getting married soon

34-year-old Jeremy Meeks has hinted on his nuptial plans with his sexy 27-year-old Topshop heiress girlfriend Chloe Green as he replied ‘Maybe’ to a question asked about him being set to take the next step in his relationship. This is coming after the two were reported to be engaged some time in July, shortly before they welcomed their first child together.
