Hiking
Hiking is a great way for couples to spend time together whether they are walking a familiar path or somewhere new, they can enjoy the natural surroundings around them. Hiking as a couple gives you enough time to talk and enjoy each other’s company.
Cycling
Cycling passes as a fun activity and a workout, riding a bike with your beau could be an amazing way to bond and catch a glimpse of the other person each time you ride by.
Double dare crunches
This is one exercise that makes couple workouts popular, doing a double dare crunch, you have to perform a crunch while hanging off your partner’s body. Placing your legs around their waist, it is important to keep your core stabilized as you perform a crunch. You can reach up to their shoulders and uncurl by reaching backward. This workout is definitely going to make you and your partner bond.
Partner sleds
This couples workout enables you and your partner to work in sync, you have to assume the position of a pushup. Instead of placing your feet on the ground, you have to place them on your partner’s waist. Your partner should stand in with their feet placed shoulder length apart. When they go in for a squat, you will have to do a pushup and vice versa. Doing this workout makes each partner attentive to the other one.

Reach and touch planks
Trying the reach and touch plank with your partner is fun and challenging as well, it involves both partners assuming a plank position, make sure that your elbow is in line with your shoulder and your partner should be facing you. Use your abdominal muscles and reach out with one arm to touch your partner’s arm, Keep the position for the duration of the plank.
The sit and twist
This workout tends to work your core muscles, sit back to back with each other on the floor. Make sure that you are both supporting each other and have your feet placed properly on the ground. Take a ball, or a weight, twist, and pass it to your partner. If you are not using a ball, use a weight that you and your partner both can lift without any problems. You can chat with your partner if you start feeling tired.
Lying leg raises throw down
This is another workout that cannot work well without a partner. So while doing this with your partner, lay down on the floor with your legs extended your partner will stand above your head then use your hands to grip your partner’s ankle. Raise your feet off the floor and towards your partner, make sure that your hips are raised off the floor. Your partner will then grab your ankles and push them back. When you are bringing your legs back don’t let them touch the ground.
Cross jump lunges
Lunges are a great way to work out your lower body and as part of a couple workouts, they can be extremely fun. A lunge is done where one leg is positioned forward with knee bent and foot flat on the ground while the other leg is positioned behind. So while doing a cross jump lunge, all you have to do is lunge and jump on the opposite foot to each other. Switch sides and use your hands to grasp and stabilize your partner.
Acroyoga
Acroyoga is known as partner yoga, partner yoga helps to strengthen your relationship. This workout involves poses that are meant to be done together because these poses require trust, teamwork, and communication.

Running
Running is one of the most common couples workouts and it is done better with someone by your side. Choose your location, tie your shoelace and run. Keep a good pace so the both of you can maintain a conversation.
