A father is a daughters first model for intimate relationships and gives a sense of security and positive self-esteem. This relationship lays the foundation for the daughter’s personality, life choices and overall behaviour.
It is important for dads to take the time to bond with their kids, especially their daughter as this sets the stage for closer relations.
Below are 10 ways fathers can bond with their daughter.
Do chores together: Do simple household chores together like folding the laundry, clearing up after a meal, planting in the garden or washing the car together. This is a simple household chore but makes the bond with your daughter grow closer.
Teach skills: Spend time together teaching skills like swimming, football, basketball or even cycling if they still don’t know how to ride a bike. This is the perfect way fathers can bond with their daughter.

Organise a picnic: Spend a day at the park, relax around on a picnic mat together. Eat delicious food and just enjoy each other company.
