Barely 5 months after their secret wedding, X-factor star, Frankie Cocozza and his wife, Bianca are expecting their first child together. The 25 year-old star took to his Instagram page to announce the good news as he posted pictures of his ultrasound scan and captioned it; Ecstatic,  while tagging his wife on the post. Congrats to the couple.
