Spend quality time together
Focus on having a little bit of time each day, just you two. Schedule out times when you can meet up if you are working, or involved in different activities, no matter how busy you both get still make time out for each other. Even if it’s just a few minutes before bed, make it happen. If you can schedule date nights, even better. Whatever form it takes, just do it.

Do something new together
It can sometimes feel like your partner is no longer interested in you or the relationship if you’re stuck doing the same things over and over again. So in order to overcome that, find something new to do together.
Understand each other love language and try to speak it
Understanding your partner’s love language is necessary, everyone has a different love language and once you and your partner understand each other’s then you both will be able to communicate more effectively in ways that you each fully understand.
Be affectionate
Don’t be shy about showing your partner affection in public, if you don’t hold hands then start now to do so. Walk up and give your partner an unexpected hug, or brush some loose strands of hair off their face. Showing affection is just another way to convey love and to keep those feelings at the forefront.
Communicate properly
Communication is key in every relationship, find ways to be more open and honest with each other. In ways that don’t hurt feelings, of course. Tell your partner what your needs are and also listen to the needs of your partner.
Share a hobby
Have something in common, like a shared hobby. For instance, if you and your partner enjoy watching movies, then take out time once or twice a week to see some movies together. This will help increase the bond you both have together.
Remind them of how much you love and cherish them
Yes, you are lovers, so show it. If you have to express your love to your partner every day then do so. Make it part of your day’s work to remind your partner of how much you cherish, respect, and love him/her.
Be appreciative
Show appreciation, look for things in your life, and about your partner to be grateful for. If you focus only on all the areas your partner falls short of, it won’t help your mindset of putting your relationship back on the front burner. We all fall short sometimes.
