BBC star Victoria Coren Mitchell has welcomed second child with her husband comedian David Mitchell.
On Wednesday, Victoria Coren Mitchell revealed the happy news on social media. She opened up about her clothes not fitting her anymore after giving birth to their second child.
Taking to X, Victoria Coren Mitchell posted: “Many people are assuming my tweet yesterday was a Halloween costume. Not at all; last week I had a baby and nothing currently fits me except cloaks. Luckily, Only Connect is a pre-record. Happy All Saints Day.”
David Mitchell on his part, addressed their new arrival in a short but sweet comment on X platform, posting under a tweet that read: “A huge congratulations to @RealDMitchell and @VictoriaCoren on the birth of their second child,” he said: “Thank you! We’re very happy.”
The TV couple named their daughter June Violet and are already parents to Barbara, who was born in 2015.
The couple first met at Jonathan Ross’ famous Halloween party in 2007. They were first introduced to each other by fellow comedian David Baddiel, who played matchmaker. Victoria previously admitted: “He specifically said to me, ‘There’s David Mitchell over there, I think you should probably marry him, I’ll get the ball rolling by introducing you.'”
