Former Nigerian Footballer, Kanu Nwankwo And His Wife Celebrate 19th Wedding Anniversary

Football legend Kanu Nwankwo and his wife Amara Kanu have rolled eyes on their wedding anniversary.

In a shared video via his wife’s Instagram platform, the couple celebrated their anniversary with champagne and a beautiful view.

Kanu showered his wife with accolades. He said: “To my lovely wife, I love you, the mother of my kids” while blowing kisses and carrying a bottle of celebratory champagne and glasses. The wife also declared love for him she showed off the beautiful view from their room.

“I’ve got my champagne, my book, the sunset,” she said.

While laughing, she prayed for her husband and declared that today is their anniversary, although she couldn’t recall how many years it has been.

Nwankwo Kanu, often referred to as Kanu or Papilo is a Nigerian football legend who has left an indelible mark on the world of football. He played a crucial role in Nigeria’s success, winning the Olympic gold medal in 1996 and the African Cup of Nations in 1994 and 2013.

Kanu played for renowned clubs such as Ajax, Inter Milan, and Arsenal. During his time with Arsenal. He won two English Premier League titles and two FA Cups with the Gunners.

In 2000, he established the Kanu Heart Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides life-saving heart surgeries for underprivileged children in Nigeria and other African countries. His foundation has saved countless lives and continues to make a significant impact on communities.
