Singer Kane Brown, 30, and his wife Katelyn Jae Brown are expecting their baby together.
On Tuesday, Katelyn and Kane Brown shared the news in an Instagram video. They revealed it in a behind-the-scenes video of the baby’s gender reveal.
The country singer had already predicted that the baby would be a girl even before the gender reveal.
Their daughter Kingsley Rose, 4, was told that her parents have a surprise.
“We know if the baby in mommy’s tummy is a boy or a girl. Do you want to find out?” Katelyn, 31, tells their 4-year-old daughter, explaining that they will cut into a cake that is either pink or blue in the middle. The single-layer cake had “What will baby bee?” written in black frosting and had bees and lilies for its design.
After Katelyn began a countdown, the parents cut into the cake and were overjoyed to see blue inside. The expectant mother let out a scream and looked straight out into the camera in shock.
Kane smiled, raising his left fist in the air before holding his hands high with excitement. He hugged their 2-year-old daughter Kodi Jane tightly as the camera gave a new look at the cake, and the words, “Baby boy Brown, coming 2024,” came on screen.
On Christmas day, the couple had revealed that they were expecting their third baby together. The made the announcement on Instagram, sharing a family photo where they all wear matching white and brown outfits while sitting on a sofa.

The photo showed Kingsley Rose smiling as she held onto a baby sonogram. The joint post was captioned, “Last Christmas of 4 🎄❤️ Merry Christmas everyone!!”
