Meghan Markle releases official statement that her dad won’t attend her wedding.

Hollywood actress, Meghan Markle, has released an official statement confirming that her father, Thomas Markle won’t be attending her royal wedding with Prince Harry on the 19th of May at St George’s Chapel in Windsor folllowing his heart attack.

In a statement released by the Kensington Palace, Meghan Markle wrote:
“Sadly, my father will not be attending our wedding. I have always cared for my father and hope he can be given the space he needs to focus on his health. I would like to thank everyone who has offered generous messages of support. Please know how much Harry and I look forward to sharing our special day with you on Saturday.”
