Married At First Sight (MAFS) expert Mel Schilling shares intimate family pictures with husband Gareth on wedding anniversary.
She is known for giving relationship advice on Australia’s most popular reality TV show.
But Married At First Sight’s Mel Schilling is currently celebrating her own romance. The therapist, 51, is celebrating her five-year wedding anniversary to her husband Gareth Brisbane.
Mel Schilling posted a gushing message on Instagram to her husband on Wednesday night, alongside a carousel of photos. This included a gorgeous throwback photo from 12 years ago when the happy couple first started dating.
She also posted a stunning snap from their wedding day in 2018, and a present selfie of them smiling and looking all loved-up.

The reality TV star captioned the photos: “Happy Anniversary to my Bloke (aka husband Gareth) 5 years ago today we tied the knot in our spiritual home, Bali.
‘Swipe to see how it started (2011) & how it’s going (2023).
‘G, you are my one & only number one team mate, bestie, supporter, challenger, training partner (when I ‘let’ you) soul mate & lover. You often joke that you’re the WIND BENEATH MY WINGS but it’s no joke babe – you literally enable me to soar by being the most incredible father & keeping the home base rocking.”
Mel Schilling then hinted that she and her partner are working on a secret project together, but didn’t allude to what it is.
She continued: “The sacrifices you have made have allowed me to step up & lean all the way in … and soon … we’ll lean in together on our biggest joint challenge yet (more to come). I absolutely love our life & cannot imagine doing this big life with anyone else. You inspire me to be better. Every. Single. Day. I just bloody love you.”
The couple met on dating website eHarmony, and share six-year-old daughter Maddie, who was conceived through IVF.
