Nobel Prize winner Malala Yousafzai has shared the most exciting news with her fans and followers on social media. She took to her social media to announce that she married her partner Asser at a nikkah ceremony in their home in Birmingham.

The activist shared gorgeous photos from her beautiful wedding ceremony on social media and it was absolutely fabulous. Malala Yousafzai described her wedding day as a precious day in her life and asked fans and followers to send all their prayers and love as she begins the exciting journey with her partner. They were joined by her parents, Ziauddin Yousafzai and Toor Pekai Yousafzai.

Today marks a precious day in my life. Asser and I tied the knot to be partners for life. We celebrated a small nikkah ceremony at home in Birmingham with our families. Please send us your prayers. We are excited to walk together for the journey ahead.”
