In this era of love, it would be an error to say Love can’t be found anywhere. 
For Rhoda and Joseph, love found them at a Joe Mettle Concert. She tells the story of how she met Joseph while she was performing her duty as a protocol officer at the concert. The tall dark and handsome young man sure did get her attention with his warm and charming smile, but she held her fort as he requested more souvenirs, and he however didn’t just request for more souvenirs, he also requested her phone number.
