It’s safer to pick the color that you’re used to wearing on a daily basis. With this in mind, choose a wedding lipstick similar to the shade you wear on a day to day basis.
You can change the shade to give you a different but familiar look, any formula that’s comfortable for you. Choosing a lipstick similar to your everyday choice will make you feel confident and happy.
2. Try It Out Before The Big Day
If you have it in mind to try something different for your wedding with your wedding lipstick, it would be nice to wear it a few times before the big day to be sure it’s something you’ll like to try and to also see if you’ll get used to. This will get you accustomed to it
3. Decide On The Lipstick Texture
Lipsticks come in matte and gloss finishes. While gloss is a classic, matte is really modern. Glossy lipsticks tend to need more topping up whilst mattes are good to go for a longer time.
4. Think About Your Wedding Makeup Look
You have to choose a lipstick that rhymes with the full make up, that is the color (either tint or hue). This makes even the makeup look really come together as a whole making it look natural also.
5. Find out if your partner has allergies
Lipsticks can cause allergic reaction so while choosing a lipstick make sure both you and your partner don’t have allergies so it doesn’t cause any reaction. It won’t be a beautiful sight to behold if on your quest to look beautiful, you end up looking the opposite.
While picking out lipstick, it’s important to know that it has to be long lasting and stain free because the moment where the matrimony is joined with a kiss, you can’t have your groom’s lips looking like a different shade of yours.
