The daughter of the former Vice President of Nigeria, Yemi Osinbajo, Oludamilola Osinbanjo and her heartthrob, Oluseun Bakare, son of businesswoman, Bola Shagaya were joined in holy matrimony on Saturday, March 17th, 2018 at the National Ecumenical Centre in Abuja.
The wedding was attended by dignitaries and top officials in Nigeria. The wedding was very private on the former Vice President’s request.

Journalists present at the wedding ceremony were not allowed to record or film the wedding to honour Osinbajo’s request. The VP also requested that guests not spray money at the event.

The wedding reception was held at the old Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa. The couple’s traditional wedding took place on Thursday, March 15, 2018.
