Over the weekend, Doctors Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho renewed their vows in celebration of their 7th wedding anniversary.
Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho tied the knot in June 2017 in a civil ceremony in Manila, and again in September 2017 in Paris, France.
The couple renewed their wedding vows during a couples’ retreat in Baguio City held on Sunday, October 29.
To mark their wedding anniversary, Hayden Kho shared some sweet photos on his Instagram page. He wrote in his caption: “A weekend well spent. On our 7th year as a married couple, Vicki and I went on a marriage retreat and renewed our wedding vows before God. I believe its a good practice for all couples to do this.”
“It’s refreshing to be able to clear any issues and share ways we can improve as a spouse. With God as the foundation of our relationship, our marriage will stand and we’ll leave a godly legacy,” he added.
In September, Doctor Hayden shared photos from his and Vicki’s simple anniversary celebration at Blackbird at the Nielson Tower in Makati with their daughter, Scarlet Snow.
He wrote: “A simple [7th] year Wedding anniversary celebration. God makes all things beautiful in His time. Ecclesiastes 3:11.”
Vicki and Hayden have been together since 2005. Previously, Hayden said he considers Vicki an instrument of God’s love for him.
“I experienced God’s love through my wife Vicki,” he said. “That’s why I treasure and cherish our marriage so much. It’s not just a ceremony we lavishly did in Paris. Lavish and grand as it was, hindi iyon ang importante sa akin. The whole idea that I married [whom] God sent me—the person who changed me and changes me by her love—that to me is a very, very [wonderful] gift,” Hayden Kho said.
The couple welcomed Scarlet through surrogacy in March 2015. “That is why we have a small family now with Scarlet,” Hayden added. “I really really treasure and cherish that.”
