There are different ways you can care for yourself to keep you sane. Here are some mental health tips for you when pregnant:
1. Connect with people
Talk to people you see around. Connect with family and friends far and near. Go online to see what is going on in the world and engage in things that interest you.
2. Be active
Keep up with the activities you do before you got pregnant, but make sure you listen to your body. Take time to rest when necessary.
3. Be charitable
If you see the chance, do an act of kindness. It will make you feel good too.
4. Keep learning
Read a book, watch movies or ask colleagues about their day.
5. Take care of yourself
Always remember to take good care of yourself. Allow yourself some time-out even if it’s for a short period of time to do things you enjoy.

To avoid being over-stressed, get someone to assist with house chores and other things.
8. Avoid eating bad foods
