    A heartbreak can cause intense emotional stress, grief or pain. Heartbreaks are hard to cope with by yourself. Having the support of a close friend and family is needed.

    A heartbreak is never easy. No matter what circumstance. A person going through a heartbreak often has episodes of sobbing and rage. They may not eat or sleep for days and may also neglect their personal hygiene.

    Below is 10 tips to help your friend during an heartbreak.

    Plan a day trip: Find a place that neither of you have been to. Do a google search on everywhere you want to go, everything you want to see, and all the restaurants you want to try out. Have her something to look forward to.

    Take her shopping: Whether that’s a beautiful lipstick shade or a beautiful top. Take her shopping will keep her mind of the heartbreak. Everyone loves shopping.

    Distract them: Figure out ways to keep them from laying in bed all day wondering where they went wrong. Find things to do together so they can keep their head clean.

     Offer them to reinvent:  Offer to help your friend redecorate their space, clear out their closet, get a haircut, or otherwise get their fresh start.

    Encourage Them To Talk To You: You should encourage them to talk to you, cry to you, laugh with you or any other way they may want to express themselves to you. When going through a breakup, it often feels totally isolating and just talking to someone helps.

    Let Them Find Their Own Path: Your friend is going to have to take their own time to heal and work through things, and they’re going to have to do it in their own way. Let them find their own way and make sure you let them know you are there for them.

    Take them for occasional night outs: Take them out occasionally on night outs to the clubs or try out a new restaurant. They will enjoy the vibe and feel refreshed after a long time of feeling sad.
