Burn more calories than you eat: When you eat more calories than you burn, you gain weight. It is important that you come up with some sort of diet plan. Meal plan or having someone make healthy meals for you.
Increase your protein intake: Aim for protein in every main meal whether that’s meat, fish or vegan alternatives like beans and chickpeas. Eating high amounts of protein helps you maintain your muscle mass.
Workout with a buddy: Get a workout buddy. You will feel more motivated. When you and your buddy encourage each other and you’ll work harder. You will also get better results.
Move more every day: Walk more and choose walking if its an option to go anywhere. Park further away in the car park, take stairs instead of the lift, go for 15-20 min walks.
Enjoy the process: Try not to put too much pressure on yourself to look a certain way, enjoy the journey and learn to love your body at all stages. If you put yourself onto too much pressure then you will feel unhappy and stressed.

Have Your Cheat Days: All bride-to-be deserve all the happiness. So, follow a healthy diet but when your temptations get the better of you, go ahead, and enjoy your occasional cheat days. It is important that you remember not to go overboard with the food.
