Tammy finally found her happily ever after with long-time boyfriend Matt Poole.
Matt, who has slotted seamlessly into the 27-year-old’s life with her two young kids Wolf, six and Saskia, Five, popped the question to Tammy on a luxury boat off the Gold Coast.
Proving just how much a part of the family he has become, Matt got Wolf and Saskia involved in the proposal by getting them to hold up signs asking their beloved mother to marry him.

“I’M IN SHOCK” honestly have not been able to stop crying happy tears. Yes yes yes my love,” Tammy ecstatically captioned a post of her diamond engagement ring.
Matt spared no expense when setting up the scene to pop the question; decorating the private yacht with bouquets of red roses.
Tammy’s fame took off several years ago, her and Reece’s relationship was starting to heat up, and the pair soon welcomed their son Wolf in 2015.

Then a year later, the couple added to their brood with the birth of their daughter Saskia. The couple however broke it off in 2018.
