    Duchess of Coimbra, Infanta Maria Francisca Ties The Knot With Duarte de Sousa Araújo In Lavish Palace of Mafra Ceremony

    Infanta Maria Francisca de Bragança, Duchess of Coimbra has married lawyer Duarte de Sousa Araújo Martins in the first Portuguese wedding in more than 25 years.

    The Duke and Duchess of Braganza’s only daughter, 26, got engaged last year after first being linked with her beau in 2019.

    Following their lavish ceremony at the Convent and Palace of Mafra on Saturday, the happy couple looked delighted as they stepped out together to adoring crowds and well-wishers.

    Looking effortlessly elegant, the bride’s ivory wedding gown featured a sophisticated V-neck cut and long sleeves, while the skirt billowed out into a long train.

    She collected her caramel tresses back into an updo, keeping her make-up focused on dewy skin and blushed cheeks.
