This came after the duo revealed that they are no longer together following news of the singer’s herpes infection. According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, Usher filed for a divorce yesterday, December 29. The document revealed that the couple has both reached a confidential settlement agreement and are now waiting for the court’s approval.
