Agree on things to do: It is important to first agree on how much time you will spend relaxing, lazing indoors and site seeing. You need to discuss the ideal days to do different things. Have a time frame so as not to forget anything and so that everyone’s activity of interest is covered.
Book the hotel in advance: While making your bookings, ensure that you let the hotel know it’s your honeymoon. They will be able to accommodate you in a better room or suite and some hotels may decide to go the extra mile to surprise you with flowers, chocolates or a bottle of champagne. Also, once you arrive at the reception, the booking process will not be as hectic as it would be if you were checking in.
Save enough money: To make your honeymoon unforgettable, you need to start saving in advance so as to have a great time. There’s nothing worse than or as embarrassing as going on your honeymoon and realizing that you don’t have enough money to do much. Have enough money for your hotel stay, flights (if any) and for touring.
Take pictures: You need to capture forever memories because a picture is worth a thousand words. Make sure you capture all the special moments that reflect and show your romantic experience without much to say. The pictures can be put up in your living room or bedroom walls which will help you cherish your honeymoon for your entire lifetime.
