2. Exercise Regularly
Exercise is very vital during your period of pregnancy and you should do it often, but do not go overboard with it, because in some situations it can cause harm to the child. It helps in stretching out strained veins and making you feel more comfortable.
3. Do Not Take Alcohol
Taking alcohol is a big no during your conceiving period and most women who do so should most definitely stop it because it can cause harm to both you and your child.

4. Get Enough Sleep
Sleep is very essential in the life of every human, as an adult requires at least 6-8 hours of sleep every day to function properly, so a pregnant woman carrying another human inside her, needs to sleep more to gain strength for both her and her child.

5. Do Not Over Medicate
Over drugging is not something a pregnant woman should do, most women feel it for the betterment of their child, but it’s surely not the right thing to do because it can cause harm to you and your child and I’m most cases miscarriage.

6. Eat Your Veggies 
Vegetables are the right stop for a healthy pregnancy, it is the right provider of vitamins the body needs. For safe and stress-free delivery, you need to eat a lot of veggies, it will provide you with the right amount of nutrient you and your child needs.
