The Chief Executive Officer of Restoration Hardware Gary Friedman is married to his longtime partner Bella Hunter who is a musical artist.
Gary Friedman and Bella Hunter tied the knot on 9 July, 2023.
“Ibiza is incredibly special to us both,” says RH CEO Gary Friedman, who married his longtime partner, the Australian singer and jewelry designer Bella Hunter, on the Balearic Island earlier this summer.
It holds significance as not only where they took their very first vacation together as a couple a decade ago, but also where they got engaged last August (he proposed on the RH3 yacht as it sailed near the famous Es Vedrà rock formation at sunset).
“It’s where a good part of my soul lives, and where we will one day raise children and have a home,” she says.
On the wedding day, guests were given ample time to recharge before the sunset ceremony (“Neither of us are morning people,” Gary says), which preceded dinner under a grove of olive trees hanging with crystal chandeliers, a fireworks show over the ocean, and an all-night bacchanal.

What was the most memorable part of the festivities? “Truly too many to count,” Gary says. “It was the best weekend of my life.”
Gary and Bella met ten years ago at a polo party in Santa Barbara. “Neither of us was meant to be there,” Bella says. “It was chance—the universe intervening.”
