Mothers have a important impact on their sons and the way they behave. No other person understands a boy better than his mother. Boys who share a healthy relationship with their mothers from their early childhood are emotionally strong and are believed to have less behavioural problems in their lives.

A son depends on the mother for almost everything, and this secure attachment with the mother forms the foundation for a strong bond.

Ask about his day: Bedtime or even dinner time is a great opportunity to catch up with your son about his day. You can ask him questions that will let him to answer in detail.

Cooking: Cooking and baking is a great way to bond for you and your son. You can spend time together and coming up and creating new recipes together. You could also teach him his favourite dishes.

Cuddling: Cuddling and hugging is a wonderful way to connect with your son and strengthen your bonds. Cuddling lowers the level of the stress hormone cortisol.

Plan a trip: Outings with your son will give you the opportunity to relax. You can decide to  take a hike, go fishing, or take part in activities that you both enjoy doing.
