Kelly flashed a big smile as she cozied up to her beau, who rocked a pair of yellow and blue swim shorts.

She accessorized with beaded necklaces and Jeremy looked dapper in a pair of shades.
Kelly put her bottom on display as she faced away from the camera to admire the spectacular beach.
The couple showed off their golden tans while sailing around La Maddalena, which boasts crystal-clear waters and huge cliffs.
Kelly shared her holiday snaps with her fans, writing: “Anniversary lunch of dreams,” and went on to tag an Italian restaurant.
