The pair was said to have started dating in 2007, although the relationship wasn’t made public and official. After 11 years of being together, Cassie and Diddy have decided to call it quits, and it happened months ago according to reports. Close sources have reported that the couple are still very much friends despite the split as they parted ways on an amiable and friendly note. The last place they were spotted together was at the MET, which took place in May. Diddy’s last romantic post of her was also dated back to August when the singer celebrated her birthday and he commented; “Go BEST FRIEND ! ITS YOUR BIRTHDAY 🎂 HAPPY BIRTHDAY to MY LOVE ❤️ @cassie LOVE YOU 4eva🖤🖤🖤🖤 #CassieDay” Some fans have, jesting about the news, have mentioned that the relationship lasted more than some marriage have.
