The traditional Edo bridal attire is culturally rich and elegant. It is a true representation of African queen.
One of the most important part of the attire is the hairstyle known as Eto-Okuku.

Worn over the wrapper tied at their waist, is the Ewu-ivie, a beaded cape or blouse. The beaded earrings are called Emi-ehorivie.
The bride may decide to carry a handbag made out of coral beads(Ekpa-ivi).
